egyptian koshari

this recipe is made by chef hala fahmy

ingredients
koshri ingredients
1small cup of brown lentil
1small cup vermecilli
1big cup egyptian rice

steps
leave the brown lentil in water from night to morning (about 12 hours
put 1tbsp of oil in metal bowl on medium temp and put vermecilli on it until it turns to agolden color
put the lentil without water on the vermecilli
 add rice after you wash it on the vermecilli and lentil mix them together with 1tsp of salt
put boiling water on them until it just cover them 
 cover the bowl  and leave it  to boil about 5 minuts and decrease heat to very 
low temp for 20 minuts


doqqa ingredientes

5 garlic
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
2 tbsp venigar
2tbsp lemon jauce 
about 2tbsp water 
small amount of salt

doqqa steps

mix this ingredients to make doqqa

red sauce ingredients
7 tomatos jauce 
4 garlic chopped
2tbsp venigar
1tsp cumin
3tbsp oil
chili as desired

steps to make red sauce
put oil in metal bowl and then put garlic and mix it until it turns to yellow color
put the venigar ,tomato jauce on them and leave them about 15 minuts on miduim temp 
 put cumin , chili and mix them 
and then turn off the fire


macaroni steps
boil the water with 1tbsp salt and 1 tbsp oil
put the macaroni in it to boil about 9 minuts 
turn off the fire


taqleya steps
2big chopped onions
1/2 cup of oil

steps to make taqleya
fire the onion in heated oil with small amount of salt until it turns to be crispy

presntation steps
in big plate put lentil ,vermicilli and rice first 
then put macaroni and then put red sauce ,doqqa as desired 
finally put taqleya
